Dental website design

Dental website design. Built around your patients.

Patients should understand who you are, what care you offer and how to book. We design dental websites around those decisions, with your brand and practice systems in mind.

Dental website design connects your brand, treatment information and booking tools. AKIERO plans, designs and builds responsive websites for Canadian dental practices, with ongoing management scoped separately around your systems.

Start with the real opportunity

A good practice deserves a better website.

We review your existing pages, search visibility and booking flow before deciding what to redesign. Useful URLs and working integrations belong in the plan from the beginning.

How the work comes together

A plan you can follow.

  1. 01

Audit the current site and preserve useful URLs

  2. 02

Map patient questions and booking paths

  3. 03

Design and build the responsive website

  4. 04

Test, launch and monitor the transition

Website design UX/UI for the decisions patients make

A prospective patient needs to understand your care, location, team and next step. We map those decisions before drawing screens. Treatment pages, navigation and forms should work together on a phone as well as a desktop.

  • Treatment, team and location pages written around real patient questions
  • Readable typography, keyboard navigation and clear forms
  • Responsive layouts, appropriately sized images and booking integration

Website management, hosting and protection

An ongoing website plan can cover hosting coordination, content updates, backups, software updates and security monitoring. We first review the platform and access available. Your proposal states what AKIERO manages, what a provider manages and how support requests are handled.

  • Agree ownership of the domain, hosting account and website files
  • Define backup schedules, recovery steps and update responsibilities
  • Review forms and integrations after releases
  • Keep maintenance scope and third-party costs visible

A redesign that accounts for existing search visibility

Before launch, we inventory useful URLs, check internal links and preserve existing pages where possible. If a page needs a new address, we map the old URL to its relevant replacement. Technical checks include mobile layouts, metadata, crawl access and the enquiry journey.

Questions about Dental website design

Before we get started.

Can you keep our existing booking system?

We first check your booking provider, available integration options and permissions. Where supported, we keep or connect the existing system and test the patient journey before launch. We agree any limitations with you in advance.

Does a dental website project include hosting and maintenance?

Only when your agreed scope includes them. Design and development, hosting, ongoing management and third-party software can have separate costs. Your proposal identifies each responsibility and fee before work starts.

Will a website redesign keep our Google rankings?

No one can guarantee unchanged rankings. We reduce avoidable disruption by preserving useful content and URLs, mapping necessary redirects and checking the launch. Search and enquiry trends need monitoring after the new site is published.

Who owns the website and domain?

Ownership, administrator access, licensing and handover belong in the agreement. We identify the accounts and third-party assets involved before recommending a platform or build.
